Thank you to all of you who took advantage of our introductory class rates and to those of you who will take advantage of the current rates before May 31st when our new prices will apply. To ensure you receive the current pricing for these classes pre-registration and payment must be received by May 31st. Mindful Nourishment
This support group is for anyone who maybe on a restricted diet (e.g. gluten free, dairy free, soy free, etc.), a diet for a medical condition such as heart problems, diabetes, etc., or you may just be interested in learning more about nourishment and how to eat better.
Our next meeting is: Friday, June 1, 2012 at 7:00pm - 9:00pm. This event hosted by Missy Travis. $1-$5 love offering is appreciated to cover utilities. ** Please note this group will only be meeting on the 1st Friday of each month, starting March 2012. |
